Ποικιλιακή σύνθεση: Ροδίτης 100%
Έδαφος : Καλλιεργούνται σε υψόμετρο 350 μέτρων και σε εδάφη με κλίση, αργιλώδη και αμμοπηλώδη.
Τρύγος : 15 - 25 Σεπτεμβρίου
Οινοποίηση : Destemming, controlled slow fermentation for over a month (30+ days) with the grape’s indigenous yeasts. Aging for 36 months with the lees in oak barrels and then bottling. Without the addition of sulphite from vinification to bottling.
