Solera method from 2007 to 2016.

Varieties: Xinomavro 50%-Negoska 50%
Soil: They are grown at an altitude of 250 – 400 meters and on sloping, clay and sandy loam soils.
Vinification: Remaining in barrel for over twelve months, no stabilization is done and bottling is done without filtering. Decennium is a solera red wine. The first bottling took place with vintages from 2007 to 2016. This wine began to combine 10 vintage years and each year the next one will be added. That is, after a certain amount of wine is removed from the barrels, the corresponding amount is filled with the wine of the current harvest.
